62nd Annual Tomah Chamber Community Service Award

Last night, at the 62nd Annual Tomah Chamber & Visitors Center Banquet, I was honored to receive The Community Service Award for the work done through Family Promise of the Great Rivers. I was caught on the hop, so to speak. I was not even aware that I was nominated. I have a great love for the rural Wisconsin area that we serve. And last night, I truly felt that reciprocated. Although I was the recipient of the award, the credit needs to be shared with my entire staff, our board, both past and present members, as well as our community partners and allies. A big thank you to our most significant contributors, Great Rivers United Way, Gundersen Medical Foundation, Mayo Clinic Health System, Clayton Homes, Milwaukee Bucks Community, Culver's (147 Wittig Rd, Tomah, WI), Ocean Spray, River Bank, Walmart, BNI: Cran-Country Referrals, Todd Torkelson, The Tomah Senior Center, The City of Tomah, City Hall Sparta Parks & Recreation, and the entire community of Jackson, Monroe, and La Crosse Counties.
